OK, its been one full week and how are you doing on your New Year’s resolutions? Some of you are probably going strong, been on your diet for 6 or 7 days now. Others might still be struggling to find that perfect workout. Yet, the majority of people out there are doing nothing different than they were most of last year…looking for and offering up excuses to why they haven’t started their training regiment, and or their new nutrition plan for the year.
Well, if you haven’t started yet, or you have already fell off the wagon, don’t fret about it one bit. You can start over anytime you want and why not start over now. Like I have written about before, New Years resolutions are not anymore special than January 7th resolutions.
Consider this a reminder, and a kick in the butt to get you going.
