Training can get boring sometimes.
Training can be TOUGH sometimes.
Training can not be fun sometimes.
Training can be awesome too, sometimes.
Whatever training is to you, learn to use music to drive your workouts better. Music, if used in the right way can motivate and energize you to the next level.
Find some songs that get you moving and keep you moving. Put them on your IPOD or whatever you use to play your music. Turn up the volume and get training.
Some people like to train to heavy metal, others hip hop and some just good old classic rock.
So the next time your training gets a little boring, or too tough or even when its too good, try some music and let it energize your workouts.
